Return Policy

Because all of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you, we only accept returns or exchanges for buyer's receiving incorrect items or damaged /defective from any source, mail, etc.  Non-returnable items include misuse or improper care, sizing issues (please review our size guides carefully before ordering), and those returned without prior authorization.

We will replace or refund items if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The print quality is poor or incorrect
• You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Email us at info@MrShithead.com with your order number and a photo of the issue
• We will review and respond within 3 business days
• We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.- your choice!

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size chosen by the customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order and contact us about the original.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
